Use: Apply the eyeliner delicately along the upper lash line with its felt-tip end working outwards from the middle of the eyelid. For a thin line, use the tip of the felt. For a thicker line, draw a thin line from the inner corner of the eye and then stretch to the external corner by tilting the eyeliner on the eyelid. For optimum preservation, store with the felt tip face down.
